Azizi Life is a nonprofit based in Rwanda that creates economic opportunity for rural artisans. By providing access to the wider global market, they serve as a bridge between local artisans and customers around the world.
Azizi artisans receive a fair and dignified wage that goes toward medical insurance, school materials, nutritious food, and farm animals that multiply income for years to come – necessities that are often out of reach for rural families.
Hot dishes, scratches, and scuffs are no match for these decorative trivets. Neutral colors and a unique pattern make this trivet both eye-catching and versatile — add them to any table setting, hang them on a wall with the attached loop, or give them as a lovely housewarming gift!
Each trivet is lovingly hand crafted from natural sisal fibers and threaded over a core of locally-gathered forest grasses in a process of cleaning, dying, drying and weaving.

- Wipe with a damp cloth in the direction of the sisal fibers. Dab stains with a damp, soapy cloth. Do not rub.

Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of arrival. Items that are ineligible for return are food products and any item noted as “Final Sale.” Please contact help@joffa.com to initiate a return.
