- To clean leather, wipe with a dry towel — use a wet towel on any remaining grime.
- If your piece is still not clean, use a toothbrush and an unscented non-abrasive bar of soap, then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Air dry in a cool, dark area if your piece becomes waterlogged or after cleaning. Do not dry manually (i.e. hair dryer, clothes dryer) and keep out of the sun.
- To brighten distressed leather, use a professional leather conditioner.
