JOYN is a Fair Trade certified artisan workshop in Rajpur, India. Operating with a circular eco-system model, JOYN does all manufacturing in-house to maximize the value of material resources and minimizes the negative impact of waste and pollution. By slowing down the production process they put work back into the hands of skilled artisans who have seen employment decline with the rise of fast fashion. 

This large bag looks equally great on the weekend and in the workplace. The exterior cotton canvas is hand spun, hand woven and hand block-printed with a classic navy and cream cross print that makes this a gorgeous option for everyday use.

 

Each bag features a spacious main compartment ideal for laptops, files, and everyday essentials and a fully lined interior with 3 practical pockets.


And the straps, trim and base are made with remnant leather, which means these pieces have already been tanned and dyed — and that means no high impact manufacturing processes were used to make this handmade tote bag!
