Shipping:

We provide free shipping on all U.S. purchases over $65. For orders $65 and under, shipping is $7.99. 

Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours & your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

Charging shipping not only helps offset our shipping costs but also ensures we can contribute to the mission of Advance Memphis, our logistics partner. Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of arrival for all eligible products — all sales are final for food products and anything marked "final sale".

If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact help@joffa.com within 10 days of delivery.
