Every product is handcrafted by small groups of ethically employed makers using eco-friendly, organic, and recycled materials whenever possible. As members of the Social Enterprise Alliance, their factories are fair trade certified or exceed fair trade standards.

Free shipping on all U.S. purchases over $65. For orders $65 and under, shipping is $7.99.
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours and your product will arrive within 7 - 10 business days.

Returns:
Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, we accept returns for most items within 30 days of arrival. Items that are ineligible for return are food products and any item noted as “Final Sale.” Please contact help@joffa.com to initiate a return.
